A 80 kilomètres au Sud du d’Arequipa, le volcan Ubinas reprend son activité depuis quelques jours. Les 5 000 habitants de la vallée éponyme sont plus que jamais à la merci d’une éruption de ce volcan sans aucun dispositif de surveillance suffisant.
